Non-Refundable Services

• Processed business directory listings
• Services rendered in full
• Digital content accessed by the customer

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing service delivery
• Service not provided as agreed
• Duplicate charges
• Unauthorized transactions

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that are:

• Related to services already fully rendered
• Based on dissatisfaction with results that meet agreed specifications
